Shipping
Delivery times are approximately 8 to 12 working days for France. For the moment, no other country can be delivered.

We do our utmost to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our service.
Standard shipping with tracking number for all orders is 100% free. We also offer express shipping.

If your order includes several items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability in our warehouse.
Don't worry, your missing parcel will be delivered within a few days.

Payments & Refunds
When you make an online purchase with your credit card, all your information is entered into a secure SSL web page.
Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our payment service provider's network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is never stored on our servers.
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. However, for logistical and customer experience reasons, we do not accept checks, money orders or bank transfers.
Your credit card will be charged when your order is ready for shipment, within 24 to 48 hours.
Only your order history and shipping address are stored in your account. Your credit card information will not be stored.
Once your returned product has been evaluated and found to be in good condition, we submit refund requests immediately. You will see the refund appear as a credit in approximately 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

It is possible to cancel your order if it is in preparation.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order that has already been dispatched.

Malfunctions and/or damage resulting from external factors after delivery of the product are covered by our warranty conditions.
Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of goods. After this time, or if the product has not been stored in accordance with the data sheet, we will not be able to honor a warranty claim.
